This is the outline image for my skeleton within project. The original image is “Moonlight” by Erte. In the complete piece, the body will be entirely skeletal while preserving the aspects of the original work.
Unlike the previous gesture drawings which had a consistent line and weight for their entirety, these were done with changing pressure and thickness to the lines to better understand the depth of the face.

Like the profile studies, the ten frontal facial studies were done to better understand the variation and spacing of different peoples faces.
Unlike the previous blind contour studies, while drawing these I quickly looked, at most, three times at what I was drawing to visually reposition myself, creating a slightly less abstract image.
